A few days after the release of the 10th beta of macOS Catalina, Apple just released the macOS Catalina Golden Master. This is just ahead of the expected public release of the October 4th.

The macOS Catalina Golden Master is now available for those on the beta and it is a good sign that Apple is going to release the latest macOS update on October 4th.We have previously covered that macOS Catalina will be bringing a great number of changes and new features. The new software will be bringing the standalone apps for Music, TV, and Podcasts.
As it is expected that Apple has unveiled a feature called Sidecar that will allow an iPad to be used as a second Mac display in different ways. Furthermore, the “Find My” is a revamped app that will be combined with the Find My Phone and Find My Friends and it is now available on the Mac.
There is a new Accessibility focused feature known as Voice Control will be bringing a more powerful experience. It will come with rich navigation for the users along with the verbal controls through the on-device processing.
In addition to this, Screen Time is also coming from iOS to macOS. This will help the users be more aware of the time they are going to spend on their notebook or desktop. Moreover, then Apple’s UI Kit framework is also coming to the Mac now and it is officially named Project Catalyst but previously it was called Marzipan. This will allow the developers to seamlessly port iPad apps to macOS.
